What actually predicts whether a golf member renews?
Clubs measure rounds played, spend, and handicap. None of those reveal the thing that governs tenure: whether a member has a durable social reason to be there next season. SYNQ reads that social fabric from the data a club already holds — tee bookings, competition entries, event attendance — and turns it into a live map of who is bonded, who is drifting, and who is quietly alone.

The intervention writes itself once you can see it: pair the weakly-connected member into a roll-up or a mixed four-ball before renewal season (Re-Bonding), not after they’ve gone quiet.
