Synq Intelligence Ltd ("SYNQ") strictly prohibits modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child exploitation in any part of our organization or supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships.

2. Our Structure & Supply Chain

As a software and intelligence engineering provider, our primary operations consist of cloud software architecture, statistical data analysis, and forward-deployed engineering services. Our supply chain is concentrated in tier-1 cloud infrastructure providers, enterprise software tooling, and professional service partners operating within strict regulatory jurisdictions (UK, EU, US).

3. Due Diligence & Vendor Risk Assessment

We assess our supply chain regularly for modern slavery risks. Because our vendor footprint is primarily digital infrastructure and professional services, we maintain a low-risk profile; however, we enforce zero-tolerance standards across all vendor procurement contracts.

4. Whistleblowing & Reporting

All employees, contractors, and partners are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking directly to executive leadership or via legal@synq.ei.

5. Governance & Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Synq Intelligence Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
