SYNQ INTELLIGENCE LTD · PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE
Synq Intelligence Ltd ("SYNQ", "we", "our") builds experience intelligence for community venue operators. We are firmly committed to protecting member privacy. Our technology analyzes room social density and co-occurrence patterns without tracking personal identity.
When connecting read-only with venue booking platforms (e.g. Mariana Tek, Mindbody, Glofox, Bsport, Gladstone), member identifiers are pseudonymized at the point of ingestion using SHA-256 cryptographic hashes. SYNQ processes timestamps and co-attendance graph structures without storing unencrypted PII.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, the venue operator remains the Data Controller. SYNQ acts strictly as a Data Processor processing co-attendance logs under written data processing agreements.
Ingested historical booking logs are retained strictly for the duration of the audit, pilot, or licence cycle. In Phase 1 RCT Pilots, baseline fingerprints are locked using SHA-256 cryptographic hashes to ensure tamper-evident measurement at Gate 1 readout without compromising individual privacy.
All data processing occurs within enterprise-grade, encrypted cloud infrastructure located within the UK and European Economic Area (EEA). Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Members wishing to exercise access, rectification, or erasure rights under GDPR may submit requests directly to their venue operator (Data Controller) or contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@synq.ei.
