These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization ("Client", "Operator") and Synq Intelligence Ltd ("SYNQ", "we", "our") governing access to and utilization of the SYNQ Social Density Engine, APIs, baseline audit tools, and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) services (collectively, the "Platform").
By engaging SYNQ for a Phase 0 Baseline Audit, Phase 1 FDE Pilot, or Year 1 Enterprise License, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
SYNQ operates on a read-only data ingestion model connecting securely via API with your existing booking software (e.g. Mariana Tek, Mindbody, Glofox, Bsport, Gladstone Systems). SYNQ does not require member app installations, hardware deployment, or IT infrastructure overhaul.
Phase 0 Social Density Baseline Audits analyze historical co-attendance patterns from your booking records. All member data ingested during audits is pseudonymized using SHA-256 cryptographic hashing prior to processing, ensuring full compliance with UK/EU GDPR requirements.
In Phase 1 Pilots and Year 1 Licences, an embedded Forward Deployed Engineer handles data ingestion, baseline locking, and SOP deployment directly. Your team remains focused on front-of-house hospitality and instruction without operating software dashboards.
All algorithms, co-occurrence time-decay graph engines, RCT pilot specifications, and statistical inference tools remain the exclusive intellectual property of Synq Intelligence Ltd. Pre-registered baseline hash fingerprints remain locked to ensure tamper-evident measurement at Gate 1 readout.
SYNQ provides operational intelligence recommendations and SOP triggers. Venue operators retain final discretion over member communications and class scheduling. In no event shall SYNQ be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
